At times in life we go through things
That cause our hearts to fear.
We draw the strength to move along
Through faith that God is near.
Although the tunnel’s long and dark,
On faith, we must depend.
But if, in doubt and fear, we stop,
We’ll never reach the end.
The enemy will tell our hearts
Each tunnel is a cave.
Keep moving till you see the Light.
Through peace and joy God gave.
And thank the Lord for every step.
Don’t wait until you’re through.
To help you focus on the fact
That He is there with you.
This life has many tunnels.
Each end, we cannot know.
But when we focus on the Lord,
The journey helps us grow.
